Upon the awarding of the management contract, we implement a customized plan of transition, in accordance with the client’s needs.
Process Management:
Handling check-in and check-out processes by creating the necessary documentation and contracts required. Inclusion of the property to its reservation system.
Routine Inspection:
Sonder Living carefully oversees the maintenance needs of our client’s property. We are responsible for the daily cleaning of every aspect of the property using our already existing maintenance procedures.
Financial Management:
Sonder Living provides detailed accounting services that entail the financial management of the property which enables our clients to track all financial activities on a monthly and annual basis.
Operational Efficiency:
We continuously improve the effectiveness and productivity of our services which helps us reduce costs, enhance customer satisfaction, and gain a competitive edge in the marketplace.
Service Charge:
Sonder Living service charge will include a cumulative of the different aspects of
property management on behalf of the client. This fee typically covers tasks such as rent collection, property maintenance, tenant screening, and property inspections.
In this regard, our property management fee (long-term) is 30% of our client’s monthly earnings
